Do the views have to be organic?
Yes. Views must be organic. Bots, purchased views, fake engagement, engagement pods, or paid promotion are not eligible.
Can I boost or promote my post?
No. Paid promotion, boosted posts, purchased views, or artificial engagement are not eligible for this reward program.
Does my account need to be public?
Yes. Your account and post must be public at the time of review so we can verify your content, tags, and view count.
How long does my post need to stay live?
Your post must remain public for at least 30 days after submission.
How does Nenfy verify submissions?
Nenfy reserves the right to verify view counts, review account activity, and decline any submission that appears suspicious, inauthentic, misleading, or ineligible.
Do I have to post a positive review to qualify?
No. Reward eligibility is not dependent on a positive review or opinion. Your content must reflect your honest personal experience.
Do I need to disclose the reward?
Yes. Participants must clearly disclose that they may receive a refund or reward from Nenfy if their content qualifies. Where available, participants should use the platform’s paid partnership, branded content, or content disclosure tools.
How many rewards can I claim?

What amount is the refund based on?
Refunds are based on the purchase price paid, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, or additional fees.
What happens if I first qualify for 50% back, then later reach 20,000 views?
If your post first qualifies for a 50% refund and later reaches 20,000 views within 30 days of posting, you may request a one-time upgrade to the full refund reward.
