Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be sealed, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

All items included in the original order must be returned together, unless otherwise approved by Nenfy™.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are non-refundable.
This policy applies to first-time orders and any eligible refill or replacement orders, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If your order contained multiple items and you wish to return only some of them, please specify which items you would like to return when submitting your request. Our team will review the items received and issue a refund only for eligible returned products.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original sealed packaging are not eligible for a standard return.

Important: Please do not send any returns to our warehouse or fulfillment center unless you have contacted Nenfy™ first and received written confirmation to proceed. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused, delayed, or deemed ineligible for refund.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Shipping & Fees

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Nenfy™ is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Any duties, customs fees, taxes, or additional charges paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable unless required by law.
Please include a note with your name and order number inside the return package. After shipping the return, please send us the tracking number or a photo of your postage receipt to help expedite processing.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Nenfy™ reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@nenfy.com within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation. Approved replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be sent at no additional cost.
Nenfy™ may require the product to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
Medical or Skin Sensitivity Reasons
If you need to discontinue use of a product due to skin sensitivity, irritation, or medical reasons, please contact us at support@nenfy.com.
These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Nenfy™ may request additional details, photos, or supporting information before determining whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate.
This does not guarantee a refund for opened or used products unless the claim qualifies under a specific Nenfy™ policy or guarantee.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to return an eligible product and purchase a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.
Promotional Rewards and Special Campaigns
Refunds, credits, or rewards offered through promotional programs, creator campaigns, Reel/TikTok campaigns, or similar marketing activities are not standard returns and are subject to the specific terms of that campaign.
Participation in any promotional program does not guarantee a refund, free product, payment, commission, or any other compensation unless all applicable campaign requirements are met and approved by Nenfy™.
