If your order includes multiple items, only eligible first-time Nenfy™ products purchased directly from nenfy.com may qualify. Refund eligibility is reviewed based on the items purchased and the terms of the guarantee.

To submit a claim, contact us at support@nenfy.com with your order number, purchase email, and claim details. Additional information may be requested before approval.

Once your claim is received and reviewed, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

The guarantee applies to first-time customers who purchased directly from nenfy.com and submitted a valid claim within 90 days of the order date. Repeat purchases, replacement orders, promotional reward orders, and third-party platform purchases are not eligible.

Contact support@nenfy.com before sending any item back. Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the product is sealed, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Nenfy™ does not currently offer subscriptions. If subscriptions become available in the future, cancellation instructions will be provided before purchase and in your account or subscription portal.
