At Nenfy™, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle order processing, delivery times, shipping fees, tracking, and delivery-related issues.
Shipping Availability
At this time, Nenfy™ ships orders within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional shipping times, fees, duties, taxes, and customs requirements may apply.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not from the date the order was placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of Nenfy’s control.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
Once an order is placed, it may be sent to our fulfillment center for preparation. Because processing may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, modified, or intercepted after it has been submitted.

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at support@nenfy.com. We will do our best to assist you, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in processing or has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Nenfy™ currently offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Nenfy™ in connection with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number has been issued. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be delayed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@nenfy.com within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your claim, Nenfy™ may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Approved replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be shipped at no additional cost.
Nenfy™ may require the damaged, defective, or incorrect product to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check the delivery area, mailbox, front desk, leasing office, neighbors, or any secure package location at your address.
Nenfy™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your package appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable time after shipment, please contact us at support@nenfy.com. We will work with you and the carrier where possible to help investigate the issue.
Nenfy™ does not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but each case may be reviewed individually.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Nenfy™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
If an order is not returned to us and is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Nenfy™ is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to ship all orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect address information, or other events outside our control.
Nenfy™ is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not have any product-specific shipping restrictions within the United States.
However, Nenfy™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if we are unable to ship to the provided address or if fulfillment is restricted for operational, legal, carrier-related, or fraud-prevention reasons.
